At Treasures From The Attic LLC, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping Methods

Most items are shipped via USPS, using the shipping method selected by the buyer at checkout. In rare cases, we may choose to ship your order using a different carrier or service at our discretion to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.


Return Policy

At Treasures From The Attic LLC, we take pride in offering unique secondhand and vintage items. Because our products are primarily resale, many are pre-owned and may show signs of age or use. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

No General Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, fit, or condition, as all items are sold “as is.” Please review all item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the package.

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and all original packaging.

  3. We will work directly with the shipping courier to file a claim.

  4. Once the courier approves and issues payment for the claim, we will refund you the amount received.


Important Notes

  • Refunds for shipping damage can only be issued after the courier’s claim process is completed and approved.

  • We cannot guarantee the timeline of courier claim approvals.

  • Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as the courier may require them for inspection.
